A place for the forms your team uses

The pilot includes records for risk assessments, method statements, COSHH, daily checks, plant pre-use checks, inductions, toolbox talks, incidents and quality inspections. Competent people must tailor and review the content for the actual task, substance, site and equipment.

Capture the evidence

Upload job photos, drawings, safety data sheets, certificates and supplier delivery or collection notes against the right job. Current supported uploads include PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 15 MB per file.

Review before closing the job

Record revisions, approvals, quality issues and corrective actions. Required unapproved forms block job completion in the pilot. The handover view can be printed or saved as a PDF, with supporting attachments available separately.

Support your management system

Organised evidence can support your existing quality and safety processes. Run My Works does not award ISO certification, perform statutory plant examinations or guarantee compliance with regulations.
