Can my company try it now?
Run My Works is in private pilot. Send an enquiry with your team size and the workflows you want to try. Access is arranged individually; signing up to an email does not create a live account or subscription.
Can we use our own branding and permissions?
Yes. The pilot supports company details, logo and colour, plus roles and configurable access permissions. Each company has its own workspace.
Does it make our business ISO or HSE compliant?
The software helps organise records, revisions, approvals, quality checks and evidence. It does not certify a company or guarantee regulatory compliance. Your competent people still need to prepare, review and maintain suitable assessments, procedures and inspections for the actual work.
How much will it cost?
The intended model is a monthly company subscription with additional paid user seats. Commercial pricing is being finalised. No paid subscription is activated by making an enquiry.
What about pricing jobs, invoicing and payments?
The pilot can prepare a job brief for Price My Works and direct you to its enquiry service. Automatic submission, automatic invoicing, payments and paid seat billing are later phases.
